Jennifer J. Hagan, Esq.

Ms. Hagan specializes in the business of Corporate Law, including, but not limited to, the advising and structuring of startup ventures, social enterprise endeavors, high technology matters, intellectual property rights protections, gaming and software development contracts, copyright, trademark and trade secret law, corporate formations, mergers & acquisitions, general contract and transactional matters and all on-going corporate/employer represenation needs.

Ms. Hagan represents clients in a wide variety of fields, including manufacturing, telecommunications, internet/new media, software, gaming, biotechnology and numerous entrepreneurial startup ventures. She has litigated multiple business actions in the state and federal courts and has extensive experience in representing creditors in multi-million dollar federal bankruptcy actions.

Ms. Hagan is admitted to practice in the state of California, and all Federal District Courts in California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Appellate Court. When not drafting or reviewing buisness contracts, her interests including riding her Arabian horses, reading and writing mystery stories and extensively researching California’s wine country. Ms. Hagan also breeds Thoroughbred race horses.
